Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Spread tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.
Step 3: While tots are baking, brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Step 4: Add broth, salsa and taco seasoning to the beef. Cook until well combined.
Step 5: When tots are crispy, remove from oven and push them closer together on the baking sheet.
Step 6: Top tots with seasoned beef and shredded cheeses.
Step 7: Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
