bag frozen tater tots

pound
lean ground beef

chicken broth or beef broth
¼
cup
chunky tomato salsa
1
packet taco seasoning

cups
shredded cheddar cheese
1
cup
Monterey Jack cheese
Optional Toppings:

fresh diced tomatoes
½
cup
sliced black olives

cup
sliced jalapeños
½
cup
sour cream
¼
cup
chopped green onions
Shredded lettuce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy,
turning halfway through.
While tots are baking, brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add broth, salsa and taco seasoning to the beef. Cook until well combined.
When tots are crispy, remove from oven and push them closer together on the baking sheet.
Top tots with seasoned beef and shredded cheeses.
Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with desired toppings.
