Notes
Kielbasa:
Any smoked sausage will work. Feel free to use turkey sausage or any flavor of smoked sausage that you like.
Bell peppers:
I like to use different colors of bell peppers for more flavor and color in the dish.
Parmesan:
The parmesan adds a little salty bite at the end that goes well with the sweet peppers.
