Cheesy kielbasa pasta is an easy, cheesy pasta recipe. This simple recipe is made with pantry-staple ingredients, and it can be made in about 30 minutes.
Ingredient notes and substitutions
- Kielbasa: Or a similar sausage, like turkey kielbasa.
- Italian seasoning: Feel free to increase the amount of seasoning.
- Chicken broth: I like to use reduced-sodium broth to better control the salt level.
- Italian tomatoes: I like to use Italian tomatoes because of the extra seasoning in the tomatoes. Diced tomatoes will also work.
- Milk: Any milk, from skim milk to whole milk will work.
- Cheese: Cheddar cheese also works well.

Serving suggestions
This pasta is fairly rich, so it goes well with a fresh green salad on the side to help cut some of the richness.
Storage
Store any leftover pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The pasta will keep for up to 4 days when properly stored.

I donβt know if itβs an ai recipe, but unfortunately was the worst recipe Iβve ever tried. About 30x too much sausage. 1 pound of sausage for 227g pasta? What
Kate Dean
No, none of my recipes or photos are AI. Since kielbasa is in the name of the dish, it would be strange if there wasn't much of it in the dish. However, if you prefer to use less, then you can do so! That's a very easy adjustment that you can make to suit your tastes.

Just made this. It was great. Very flavorful. Very easy. Had no issues with ratios. Two thumbs up. Will definitely make again!
