Baked roast beef sliders are a seriously simple dinner recipe. These easy sliders take just a few ingredients and a few minutes to prep.

And in just 30 minutes you can have hot roast beef sliders slathered in a buttery sweet and savory sauce! The sliders make a quick weeknight dinner, and they're great for any time that you want an easy but tasty meal.

    Ingredient notes and substitutions

    • Hawaiian rolls: I like to use Hawaiian rolls because their light sweetness goes well with the savory roast and cheese. However, you could also use slider buns or dinner rolls.
    • Roast beef: I use deli sliced roast beef. If you have leftover sliced roast beef, you could use that instead.
    • Cheddar cheese: I like to use sharp cheddar because it has more flavor. Mild cheddar or medium cheddar would also work. Or feel free to use another type of cheese that melts well, like Havarti or Swiss.
    • Butter: I use salted butter. Unsalted butter would also work, but I recommend adding a pinch or two of salt for better flavor.
    • Dijon mustard: The Dijon mustard gives the sauce a nice bite. Yellow mustard or brown mustard are milder alternatives.
    • Brown sugar: Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. The sugar just gives the topping a nice bit of sweetness and balance.
    • Everything bagel seasoning: The seasoning adds a bit of salty, savory flavor. You could use poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or whatever seasoning you prefer.

    Serving suggestion

I recommend serving the sliders with your favorite sandwich sides. I like to serve them with fresh veggies, like carrots, celery, broccoli, and cauliflower, and fresh fruit on the side.

    Storage

Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 4 days when properly stored in the fridge.
