Ingredients

boneless and skinless chicken breast
in bite-sized pieces
Salt
Ground black pepper
Honey Sesame Sauce

lite soy sauce

apple cider vinegar

tablespoons
sesame oil

teaspoon
fresh grated ginger

teaspoon
garlic chile sauce²

cornstarch

Instructions
Place chicken in pressure cooker inner pot.
Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour over chicken.
Lock lid in place, and turn pressure release valve to "SEALING".
Press "POULTRY" and adjust time to 5 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
Carefully turn the pressure release valve to "VENTING", and release remaining pressure.
Stir 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water together until combined.
Add to inner pot, and stir in.
Turn to "SAUTE", and cook until sauce has thickened.
Serve sprinkled with seasame seeds and chopped green onion.
