Slow Cooker Bourbon Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 2/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup bourbon or apple juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Place chicken into a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker. I like to use a 5 quart so that the chicken can fit across without stacking it.
- Add the other ingredients on top, and stir to combine.
- Cook on LOW for 5-7 hours.
- Uncover, and cook on HIGH for 20-30 minutes.
